These AI-assisted outputs are intended to support decision-making and improve informational efficiency; however, they do not constitute guarantees, endorsements, or definitive evaluations of any coach, institution, program, or recruiting outcome.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

∙ AI-generated insights, classifications, or recommendations are informational in nature only and may contain inaccuracies or limitations.
∙ Inside The Jersey does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-assisted outputs.
∙ AI tools do not replace independent judgment, due diligence, or direct communication with coaches, institutions, or third parties.
∙ Recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, roster placement, NIL opportunities, or admissions decisions are not guaranteed and remain subject to factors beyond the Platform’s control.

Inside The Jersey does not use AI to make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users without human oversight. The Platform does not intentionally collect or infer sensitive or protected personal attributes through AI systems.
