• I consent to the processing of the minor’s data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• Messaging is limited to verified users.
• Inside The Jersey, Inc. may monitor or restrict communications for safety.

As a coach using Inside The Jersey, Inc., you agree to:

• Maintain professionalism when communicating with athletes.
• Avoid improper inducements, offers, or NIL violations.
• Not request or share inappropriate, harmful, or exploitative content.
• Use accurate information in your profile.
• Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
• Follow NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, NFHS, and applicable state NIL laws.

Prohibited Coach Behavior Includes:

• Recruiting violations
• Harassment
• Requests for personal or sensitive data
• Circumventing Platform safety controls
• Misrepresenting identity or affiliation

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Athletes agree to:

• Provide accurate stats and information.
• Communicate respectfully.
• Not solicit NIL deals or inducements through the Platform.
• Follow school, state, and NCAA/NFHS rules.
• Report harassment or fake profiles.

Prohibited Athlete Behavior Includes:

• Fake achievements
• Harassment or inappropriate messaging
• Attempts to engage in prohibited NIL negotiations
• Uploading sensitive or illicit content
