Users must provide accurate information, including name, email, team/school affiliation, athletic data, and verification details (e.g., .edu email). Users under 18 must have parent/guardian consent. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

To promote safety and authenticity, the Platform may:

∙ Request .edu or professional email verification
∙ Display coach profiles created from publicly available information

Coaches may claim or update profiles at any time.

The Platform may use data-driven or AI-based models to provide recommendations. These are informational only and not guarantees of:

∙ Recruitment
∙ Scholarship offers
∙ Athletic outcomes
∙ Direct communication with coaches

Inside The Jersey, Inc. is not responsible for user decisions based on recommendations.

Inside The Jersey, Inc. exclusively owns:

∙ All trademarks, branding, logos
∙ Software, source code, databases
∙ Algorithms, scoring systems, matching logic
∙ UI/UX design and platform architecture
∙ Data analytics and machine learning models

User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload. By posting content, users grant Inside The Jersey, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use such content within the Platform. Reverse engineering, scraping, data harvesting, or copying is prohibited.

Users may not:

∙ Harass, threaten, or engage in inappropriate conduct
∙ Impersonate others or submit false stats/achievements
∙ Solicit NIL deals, financial inducements, or pay-for-play arrangements
∙ Violate NCAA, NFHS, or state NIL laws
∙ Upload illegal, harmful, or exploitative content
∙ Utilize bots, scrapers, or automated data extraction
∙ Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform

Inside The Jersey, Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Messaging is enabled only after a mutual connection. Inside The Jersey, Inc. may restrict messaging to:

∙ Protect users
∙ Comply with school, NCAA, NFHS, or state regulations
∙ Conduct safety reviews

Inside The Jersey, Inc. does not:

∙ Facilitate NIL deals
∙ Act as an agent or broker
∙ Guarantee exposure or contracts
∙ Participate in recruiting decisions

Users agree not to use the Platform to solicit, offer, or arrange improper benefits.

Paid plans may renew automatically. Users authorize Inside The Jersey, Inc. to charge their stored payment method until cancellation. Refunds are governed by the posted Refund Policy. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Deleting an account removes:

∙ Profile content
∙ Photos, videos, stats
∙ Messages
∙ Connections

Certain logs necessary for legal or safety compliance may be retained.

Inside The Jersey, Inc. uses industry-standard security measures but does not guarantee absolute protection. Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information via messaging.

The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or external outages. No uptime is guaranteed.

∙ User-generated content
∙ Misuse by users
∙ Platform outages
∙ Third-party service failures

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Inside The Jersey, Inc. harmless from claims arising from:

∙ Rule or law violations
∙ Uploaded content
∙ Misconduct
∙ Use of the Platform

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under the laws of the State of [Missouri or Delaware—select one]. Intellectual property claims may be brought in court.
